IoT product which manages sensors on industrial devices. It has been in the market for some time. It is a SaaS product and had lot of backlogs of CIAM issues. The backlog of CIAM issues was impacting rather delaying roadmap items. YoY expenses on maintenance were too high. Customers were not able to use/implement many features due to compliance issues.

Rigorous analysis of the existing processes was done followed by implementing the software engineering practices to closely monitor the backlog by a highly skilled team of engineers. Test automation of about 600 regression suite scenarios/test cases using Selenium was performed. Our approach was outcome-based delivery and target-based Sprint execution for fixing of backlog items.
